Any image which depicts the event or logo of the event is further defined as ‘Entry’.
By submitting an Entry in the Mission Soil Platform website, I hereby grant European Commission a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable worldwide licence to use my Entry.
The right to use includes the following: reproduce, store, distribute, modify, publish, display, disseminate, create derivative works, broadcast, communicate to the public or otherwise make publicly available, in any format, medium and language.
The European Commission is permitted to authorise the reuse of the Entry in accordance with the Commission Decision of 12 December 2011 on the reuse of Commission documents (2011/833/EU) and under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public Licence (CC BY 4.0).
The license is granted for the entire duration of the copyright and where applicable, related rights.
I hereby confirm that I am authorized to grant this licence, that my Entry does not infringe any intellectual property or other rights of third parties and that I have obtained all necessary authorizations, including of persons depicted in the Entry, where applicable.
