SEQANA

SEQANA GmbH

Seqana empowers the agents of climate positive action to maximize the impact of Nature-based Climate Solutions (NCS). Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) growth is an essential component in the fight against climate change. For trustworthy certification, project developers of NCS require reliable quantification of carbon sequestration in soils. Existing solutions for mandatory monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) are one of the main drivers of cost and effort, and the limiting factor for new project development. As a carbon data analytics company we provide a breakthrough satellite-based SaaS (Software as a Service) solution.

To date there is no tailor-made solution for this use case that provides better (or even similar) customer value. Our service powered by Earth Observation is low in cost (up to 90% lower then established services), has the highest accuracy (up to 30% more accurate than current comparable approaches) and is easy to use and available on any digital device.
