Join us for the first annual event of the EU Mission ‘A Soil Deal for Europe’, the European Mission Soil Week which will take place on 21-23 November 2023.
The European Mission Soil Week is an annual event designed as a major European gathering that brings together the European soil community. This year’s edition is co-organised as a joint event between the European Commission, Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development (DG AGRI), the EU funded project PREPSOIL, and the Joint Research Centre - EU Soil Observatory (EUSO)
Researchers, policymakers, farmers, foresters, spatial planners, landowners and managers, businesses and organisations, as well as the general interested public, will meet to discuss the challenges for healthy soils. The event will be an occasion to communicate and disseminate solutions based on the latest research results and innovation.
The conference will be locally hosted by INIA-CSIC at the central facilities of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) in Madrid, Spain, under the Spanish Presidency of the EU Council.
