Mark your calendars for the 3rd edition of the European Mission Soil Week co-organised with the Danish Presidency of the Council of the EU under the title: “Leading the transition towards healthy soils: finance and landscape perspectives” that will be held on 5 – 6 November 2025 in Denmark at Aarhus University, Aarhus.
The conference is organised by the Danish Ministry of Green Transition, Aarhus University, and the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development, under the auspices of the Danish Presidency of the Council of the EU.
Day 1: Wednesday, 5 November 2025
Scaling soil health: new business and investment models
A full day of interactive sessions and networking opportunities with the thematic focus on business models and investments for soil health. Bringing together policymakers, researchers, practitioners, businesses, investors, and stakeholders committed to healthy soils.
Day 2: Thursday, 6 November 2025
Healthy soils as part of sustainable multifunctional landscapes
The second day will highlight Denmark’s leadership in green transition towards climate mitigation, biodiversity and reduced environmental impact from agriculture, through the tripartite agreement on multifunctional land use and its relation to healthy soils.
